I liked Costas Mandylor from the mmoment I saw him on "Picket Fences." Then
I saw his younger brother, Louis, on "Martial Law." I didn't know who it was until I saw the credits, but I knew he must be related to Costas! So I checked the internet, and do you know there's not much
out there on them! Because of this, I decided to create my own page, and I'll post my findings.
