Tessa Noel was born in Lille, France on August 24,1958. She was a talented sculptor and artist educated at the Sorbonne. She met Duncan MacLeod in 1980 when he jumped on to the vedette she was on as a tour guide on the Seine. She was Duncan's live-in girlfriend from 1980 until her death in 1993. Tessa learned of his immortality in 1983, but didn't learn about the game until she met Connor in 1992. She was Co-owner with MacLeod of MacLeod & Noel Antiques, Seacouver, WA. Curator for the Paris Bureau of Arts and Monuments. She was killed by a junkie in 1993.
